Pineapple Salsa

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 tablespoons Juliann’s Garlic Infused Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoons Juliann’s Lemon Infused Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoons Juliann’s Traditional Balsamic Vinegar
  • 3 cups dices pineapple
  • 3 diced Roma or Heirloom tomatoes
  • ¼ cup diced red onion
  • ½ cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 serrano pepper, stemmed, seeded and finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt

DIRECTIONS

1. Roast the serrano pepper on open flame or hot grill.

2. Mix all ingredients in bowl to combine.

3. Allow to sit for 30 minutes before serving.
